After graduating from St. John’s Law School, David A. Karlin, Esq. began serving the Bronx community by becoming a Bronx County Assistant District Attorney where he successfully tried cases involving kidnapping, armed robberies and assaults, along with cases involving large quantities and the sale of narcotics.
After leaving the Bronx District Attorney’s Office, Mr. Karlin represented large insurance companies and their corporate clients in personal injury cases. Since then, he has switched sides and now aggressively represents victims of Civil and Constitutional rights violations, and those who have been falsely arrested and/or injured by police. He also now litigates personal injury cases against many of those same insurance companies he used to represent but does so on behalf of people who have been injured in motor vehicles accidents , slip, trip and/or fall accidents, dog bite cases, construction accidents and various other types of accidents and controversies.
